Overview
The Additel 282 is a handheld dual-channel reference thermometer readout with laboratory-grade accuracy in a field package. Readout-only accuracy is 0.006 °C at 0 °C (as good as 0.005 °C at other points), with 1 mK temperature resolution and 0.1 mΩ / 0.1 µV electrical resolution.
Two analog channels accept 6-pin smart Lemo RTD/SPRT probes and mini-TC thermocouple inputs at the same time. Show CH1, CH2, or T1−T2 differential. Ratio measurement and current reversal cancel A/D offset and EMF effects. A probe-lock feature pairs a smart probe to the channel it was system-calibrated on so coefficients stay with the measurement.
The 5-inch capacitive touchscreen, built-in ITS-90 / CVD / industrial RTD and thermocouple library, 8 GB datalogging, isolated USB-C, and Bluetooth (Additel Mobile Link, up to 20 m) cover bath, dry-well, and furnace stability and uniformity work. IP67, 1 m drop tested, rechargeable Li-ion (typically 16 hours). ISO 17025 accredited calibration with data is included. $3,459.
