Overview
The Additel 835 is a portable liquid calibration bath with a 90 × 90 mm (3.54 × 3.54 in) opening and 155 mm maximum media depth. It combines bath-level stability and uniformity with dry-well portability, so sensors of almost any type, size, or shape — including sanitary flanges, ferrule nuts, and short probes — can be calibrated without a custom dry well. Two ranges: 835-150 (−30 to 150 °C) and 835-250 (33 to 250 °C). Display accuracy is ±0.1 °C on both models.
Advanced dual-zone heating puts an external heater near the vapor chamber for stable control and an immersed heater for fast response to field disturbances (power flicker, airflow, ambient swings). Variable-speed prediction and non-overshoot control keep the error band at ±0.1 °C through heat and cool. Stability is ±0.01 °C (835-150) / ±0.015 °C (835-250) over 10 minutes; typical time to stability is 10 minutes. The working zone is a φ75 mm circle, 15 mm above the bath bottom and 65 mm below the fluid level. Volume is 2.5 L max. The 90 × 90 mm tank can take up to four 50 mm sanitary sensors or up to forty 6.35 mm rod sensors in one batch.
The optional Process Calibrator (PC) adds a built-in three-channel high-precision calibrator: EXT.REF reference RTD plus CH1 / CH2 DUT channels with quick-push connectors. It combines thermometer, multimeter, 24 V loop, and HART communicator so you do not carry extra instruments. One-touch self-calibration of the internal reference, documenting tasks, snapshot, remote control (Bluetooth / Wi-Fi / LAN, point-to-point or cloud), and a 6.5-inch color touchscreen.
