Overview
The Additel 773 is a low-pressure benchtop controller/generator: a built-in differential pressure pump generates and controls pressure without an external air source. Two removable ADT151 control modules and an optional barometric module cover a wide low-pressure range. A 7 in color touchscreen and icon-driven interface run automated production, test, and calibration work.
Unlike the 783 (external air source, ranges to 6,000 psi), the 773 is the low-pressure sibling with an integrated pump — typical 20% step in 10 seconds, control stability 0.003% FS. ADT151 modules swap in about 30 seconds; opening the cabin automatically vents pressure.
Two base units: ADT773-LLP from −380 to 400 inH2O (−13.5 to 14.5 psi / −0.95 to 1 bar); ADT773-D from −380 to 2,800 inH2O (−13.5 to 100 psi / −0.95 to 7 bar). Accuracies of 0.02% FS and 0.01% FS (module-dependent; 0.05% FS on the lowest DP modules). Optional barometer switches gauge and absolute. Optional ADT108-KIT contamination prevention system (CPS). Optional 9065 electrical module adds 7.5-digit mA/V measure and 24 V loop. Every unit includes an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with data.
