Overview
The Additel 783 is a benchtop modular pneumatic pressure controller: two removable ADT151 control modules and an optional barometric module cover a wide range at high speed without giving up accuracy or stability. A 7 in color touchscreen and icon-driven interface run automated production, test, and calibration work.
Unlike the portable 761A (pneumatic, built-in pump, generation to 1,500 psi) and 762 (hydraulic, generation to 15,000 psi), the 783 is a rack-mountable bench controller that uses an external air source for ultra-high-speed control — typical 20% step in 10 seconds, control stability 0.003% FS (typically 0.001% FS). ADT151 modules swap in about 30 seconds; opening the cabin automatically vents pressure.
Four base units: ADT783-D for differential and gauge from −14.35 psi to 35 psi (2.5 bar), modules down to ±10 inH2O; ADT783-1K from −14.35 psi to 1,000 psi (70 bar); ADT783-3.6K to 3,600 psi (250 bar); and ADT783-6K to 6,000 psi (420 bar). Accuracies of 0.02% FS, 0.01% FS, and 0.01% RD. Optional barometer switches gauge and absolute. Optional 9065 electrical module adds 7.5-digit mA/V measure and 24 V loop. Every unit includes an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with data. Base controllers ship without pressure modules. From $8,079.
