Overview

The Additel 793 is a hydraulic benchtop pressure controller/generator: a built-in pump generates and controls pressure to 15,000 psi (1,035 bar) without an external source. One interchangeable ADT151 dual-range module plus an optional barometer cover a wide high-pressure range. A 7 in color touchscreen and icon-driven interface run automated production, test, and calibration work.

Unlike the portable 762 (handheld hydraulic calibrator, generation to 15,000 psi) and the pneumatic 783 (benchtop controller, external air source, ranges to 6,000 psi), the 793 is the high-pressure hydraulic bench controller — typical 20% step in 30 seconds, control stability 0.005% FS (typically 0.003% FS). ADT151 modules swap in about 30 seconds; opening the cabin automatically vents pressure.

Two base units: ADT793 for oil (diethylhexyl sebacate) and ADT793W for water (deionized, distilled, or pure). Accuracies of 0.02% FS, 0.01% FS, and 0.01% RD. Dual-range modules from −14.5 to 3,000 psi up to 0 to 15,000 psi. Optional Contamination Prevention System (CPS) — included with the water version. Optional barometer switches gauge and absolute. Every unit includes an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with data. Base controllers ship without pressure modules. From $34,645.
