Overview
The Crystal HPC family covers the HPC40 Series and the intrinsically safe HPC50 Series handheld pressure calibrators. Both deliver 0.035% of reading accuracy and the same non-menu color interface so you can measure pressure, current, voltage, and temperature without digging through nested menus.
The HPC40 is the world’s first combined pressure and mA loop calibrator fully temperature-compensated from −20 to 50°C. It measures gauge, absolute, and differential pressure to 15,000 psi / 1,000 bar, sources or measures mA with internal 24 VDC loop power, and includes a high-accuracy True Ohm thermometer.
The HPC50 keeps those functions and adds intrinsic safety, longer battery life, an improved display, and two external module connections for APMi pressure or ATMi temperature modules (up to four pressure inputs). HPC50 pressure ranges run to 10,000 psi / 700 bar. Store and recall previously used screens on either series. Every calibrator ships with an ISO 17025 / A2LA calibration report with data at five temperatures. Pair with Crystal pump systems for a complete kit.
