Crystal Pressure Fittings (CPF). CPF Fittings and Hose are a new line of quick-test pressure fittings for calibration and test applications — 316 stainless steel, patented o-ring plus metal-to-metal cone seal, finger-tight and leak-free to 10,000 psi (10000 psi) / 700 bar, with a self-venting weep hole and laser-marked MAWP.

Overview
CPF Fittings and Hose are a new line of quick-test pressure fittings for calibration and test applications — designed with an emphasis on safety. Crystal Pressure Fittings (CPF) perform up to 15,000 psi / 1,000 bar and feature a safety weep hole to alert you before you accidentally disconnect from a pressurized system. It can also be used as a bleed point. Each fitting is machined in 316 stainless steel and laser-marked with thread type, size, part number, and Maximum Allowable Working Pressure.
A patented o-ring connection (U.S. Patent 8,794,677) holds a leak-free seal to 10,000 psi / 700 bar / 70 MPa with only finger-tightening from −20 to 50°C. Wrench-tight metal-to-metal cone seal is rated −40 to 150°C. O-rings are replaceable (AS568A-012 Viton 80 or 90, Crystal #3981). Designed and tested to ASME B31.3-2018 Chapter IX High Pressure Piping.
Wrench-tight, CPF mates with 1/4 in medium-pressure cone fittings from HiP (LF4 / LM4) and Autoclave Engineers (SF250CX). CPF thread is 7/16-20 UNF 2B, 60° cone. MPH hoses use a polyamide core and urethane jacket with a 1.0 in (25 mm) minimum bend radius. Most fittings share a 10,000 psi MAWP; 5,000 and 15,000 psi exceptions are marked on the part.
