Overview
The RTC-159 Ultra Cooler is a dry-block reference calibrator covering −100 to 155°C (−148 to 311°F). Official RTC-159 documentation specifies accuracy down to ±0.06°C with an external reference sensor and stability of ±0.03°C. The JOFRA RTC Series is AMETEK’s most advanced portable reference temperature calibrator family, covering −100 to 700°C (−148 to 1292°F) across the series. Patented Dynamic Load Compensation delivers temperature uniformity in the insert when calibrating large or multiple sensors, and dual- or triple-zone control maintains homogeneity in the well. Accuracy is up to ±0.04°C with stability to ±0.005°C (model dependent). Every RTC model uses an advanced-simplicity interface available in English, German, Chinese, and Japanese, with Plug and Play intelligent reference sensors, fast heating and cooling, and JofraCal calibration software. Dry-block and combination dry-block/liquid-bath models are available.
