Overview
The Advanced Process Multi-Scanner (ASM) is an innovative solution designed to simultaneously streamline the calibration of multiple pressure and temperature sensors. Each unit is an eight-channel scanner managed by JofraCal software on a PC. It is ideal for use in industrial environments where precision and efficiency are paramount.
The ASM can handle signals from 2-, 3-, and 4-wire RTDs, thermocouples (TCs), transmitters, thermistors, and temperature and voltage switches. Each ASM unit has eight input channels. For larger setups, up to three ASM units can be stacked together, enabling the calibration of up to 24 sensors concurrently.
The ASM can be combined with any JofraCal compatible pressure calibrator, dry-block or liquid calibrators, DTI reference thermometers, and ASC multifunction process calibrators. True Ohm technology eliminates electromotive force (EMF) interference from cables, sockets, and sensors. Automatic calibration procedures reduce the potential for human error. One input channel can be dedicated to a reference sensor with an accuracy of 0.026°C.
Two model types are available: 'A' models with a separate measuring unit as the standard, and 'B' models with built-in measurement capabilities. Combined with JofraCal or JofraLog software, the ASM provides setup, execution, printing, and saving of traceable calibration data, and can data-log up to 24 sensors simultaneously.
