Overview
The Additel 762 is a portable automated hydraulic pressure calibrator: a patented electric pump and precision controller generate and hold a setpoint so you can calibrate gauges, transmitters, and switches in the field or the lab without a separate hand pump. Dual-range auto-switch, auto-purge, HART communication, and 24 V loop power are built in.
A complete turnkey solution for automation of pressure calibration work up to 15,000 psi (1,035 bar), with accuracy to 0.01% FS, control stability ≤0.005% FS, and dual-range calibration.
Two base models: ADT762-GP10K with dual-range 0–3,000 / 0–10,000 psi (200 / 700 bar), and ADT762-GP15K with 0–6,000 / 0–15,000 psi (420 / 1,035 bar). As the calibrator is pressurized it automatically selects the best internal calibration for the current setpoint, or you can lock a range manually. ADT762W variants are configured for water and include the ADT107 two-port manifold with zero control valve.
Purging hydraulic systems is automated: one button runs the built-in auto-purge so technicians are not bleeding air by hand. Two external ADT161 module channels extend measurement (all ADT161 ranges, including 60,000 psi) and optional external control to 15,000 psi. Electrical includes mA / V measure and source plus 24 V loop. Documenting covers a full HART field communicator, PROFIBUS PA, up to 1,000 tasks, and 1,000,000 logged readings. Every unit includes an ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificate with data. From $39,634.
