Overview
The Crystal XP2i-DP is an ultra-rugged wet/wet differential pressure gauge. Official AMETEK copy: this intrinsically safe gauge delivers 0.1% of reading accuracy and is designed for demanding applications, including long-term vacuum measurement.
Official datasheet (psi): 0 to 20% of range is ±(0.02% of full scale + static line effect) and 20 to 110% is ±(0.1% of reading + static line effect). Static line effect is 0.0003 psi/psi of the lowest static pressure. Figures include linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature, and one-year stability. Maximum static line pressure is 100 psi. Operating temperature is −10 to 50°C with no change in accuracy after zeroing.
The wet/wet transducer uses 300-series stainless steel and buna-n wetted materials. Connection is 1/8 in female NPT. The marine-grade diecast enclosure is IP67. Optional DataLoggerXP records up to 32,000 measurements, with an ultra-low-power mode. ConFigXP (free) customizes units and features. FastCalXP is the official calibration-software option. Each gauge ships with an ISO 17025 accredited, NIST-traceable calibration certificate. Crystal Engineering calibration facilities are A2LA accredited.
