Overview
FastCalXP is Crystal / AMETEK pressure calibration software. Official AMETEK copy: it lets you complete a 10-point up and down calibration in less than 3 minutes, including printing a calibration certificate, and frees you from manually recording and interpolating gauge readings.
The software stores all pressure-calibration data in a single database, automatically detects Crystal Engineering digital reference gauges and stores their pressure readings, generates and stores pressure test profiles, and uses flexible templates for certificates. The official product page lists compatible AMETEK products as nVision, XP2i, and 30 Series. It is not compatible with S2, S5, C2, or C5 gauges.
The official manual states FastCalXP was designed for Crystal Engineering products as the reference standards (currently nVision, XP2i / XP2, and 30 Series calibrators) and the GaugeCalHP pressure comparator for generation and control. A USB authorization key must stay plugged in while FastCalXP runs. System requirements on the official page: Windows Vista SP2, 7 SP1, 8.1, or 10. Microsoft Excel (or Office) 2003 or later is recommended to modify or view certificates. A fully functional 30-day trial (2.1d) is offered from the official product page.
