Overview
The Crystal WT Series is the panel-mount version of the XP2i digital test gauge. Official AMETEK copy: it is designed to replicate the dimensions and pressure connections of the most common test gauges mounted in portable cases, and is a drop-in replacement for a Wally Box pressure gauge.
Accuracy is 0.1% of reading (20 to 100% of full scale ±0.1% of reading; 0 to 20% ±0.02% of full scale), including linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature, and one-year stability. Vacuum on 300 psi / 20 bar / 2000 kPa and lower is ±0.25% of full scale, where full scale is −14.5 psig. The gauge is fully temperature compensated from −10 to 50°C — no change in accuracy over the operating range after zeroing.
Batteries (3× AAA, 500 hours typical) and the environmentally sealed DB-9 RS-232 port are accessible from the front of the panel, so you do not have to pull the gauge to change cells or connect a cable. Choose the 6 in (−1000 / 8.7 in bolt center) or 8.5 in (−1500 / 10.125 in bolt center) panel. The pressure connection is 1/8 in female NPT. Optional DataLoggerXP records up to 32,000 measurements; ConfigXP customizes units and features. The enclosure is rugged aluminum alloy with a gasket against dust and water. The WT Series is not certified for use in hazardous locations.
