Overview
The Crystal nVision is a modular reference pressure recorder for field and laboratory calibration. It is accurate enough to replace a traditional deadweight tester, rugged enough to sit in 3 feet (1 m) of water, and portable enough to complete calibrations anywhere.
nVision logs gauge and absolute pressure to 15,000 psi / 1,000 bar / 100 MPa and measures differential pressure with up to 0.025% of reading accuracy. Two module bays accept pressure (PM), current/voltage/switch (MA20), and temperature (RTD100) modules, plus an optional BARO barometric reference. Switch, voltage, current, and temperature measurements are supported.
The recorder stores up to 500,000 data points and samples at 10 readings per second from two modules. Live data graphs on the LCD — no PC required — and CrystalControl exports tamper-proof digital records. Accuracy is temperature-compensated from −20 to 50°C. Every unit includes an ISO 17025 / A2LA accredited calibration certificate with test data at five temperatures. Everyday wear shifts to a replaceable Crystal CPF adapter.
