Overview
The Additel 997 is a handheld hydraulic pressure pump for field and laboratory calibration. A dual-stage pre-pressure piston generates up to 10,000 psi (700 bar) with less effort than a single-stage hand pump, and lever-type pressurization settles quickly. A fine-adjust screw resolves 100 Pa (1 mbar). The longitudinal layout, adjustable reference port, and dual rubber grips support four operating positions — horizontal, vertical, and tilt-head among them — so the pump can be used on a bench or in the field.
Compatible media include hydraulic oil, mineral oil, transformer oil, alcohol, antifreeze, and deionized water (contact Additel for other fluids). Port filters are 150 μm on the standard and outlet ports and 100 μm on the air intake. Materials are stainless ram and adapters, a stainless / aluminum / UPVC body, and Buna-N, PTFE, and copper-alloy seals. The pump weighs 4.19 lb (1.9 kg) and measures 15.2 × 6.5 × 5 in (385 × 166 × 128 mm).
Each pump includes a 250 ml bottle of mineral oil (when water media is not requested), 20 O-rings, a flexible hose rated to 720 bar, and one ADT100-X-M18M female quick connector for the DUT. SET models add the 9901-997 carrying case. Ports are 1/4 NPT, 1/2 NPT, 1/4 BSP, 1/2 BSP, or M20×1.5 female. Pumps are priced from $2,745; the ADT997-MK maintenance kit is $53. One-year warranty.
