Overview
The Crystal XP3i is the successor to the XP2i: an ultra-rugged, intrinsically safe digital test gauge with twice the of-reading accuracy and modern connectivity. Accuracy options are 0.05% of reading, 0.02% of full scale, or 0.05% of full scale. Carry one XP3i to cover a wide pressure range and replace multiple of-scale gauges.
Ranges run through 15,000 psi. The marine-grade enclosure resists corrosion (MIL-STD 810). Active digital temperature compensation holds accuracy from −20 to 50°C — an expanded range versus the XP2i — and every gauge ships with an ISO 17025 / A2LA calibration certificate with data at five temperatures.
USB-C and Bluetooth are standard. The CrystalConnect mobile app reads live pressure and starts logging runs from a safe area without removing the gauge from a hazardous location. Optional DataLoggerXP records more than 200 million data points (over a year of continuous recording). Free CrystalControlWeb cloud software graphs, shares, and exports tamper-proof PDF or spreadsheet files. Fast PSV mode and calibration reminders are built in.
