Overview
The Crystal m1M is a DNV-approved maritime digital pressure gauge. Official AMETEK copy: it maintains 0.25% of reading accuracy from −10 to 50°C, with a 3-year recommended calibration interval, DNV approval, and an intuitive user interface. Accuracy is unaffected by dropping, over-pressure, vibration, or rapid pressure changes.
Datasheet 5526.A: 0 to 20% of range is ±(0.05% of full scale) and 20 to 110% is ±(0.25% of reading), including linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature, and three-year stability. Vacuum is ±(0.5% of full scale) on 300 psi / 20 bar / 2 MPa models (full scale = −14.5 psig). Ranges are 300 psi and 3,000 psi (and 20 bar / 200 bar / 2 MPa / 20 MPa equivalents). The 5-digit, 16.8 mm LCD is sunlight readable with backlight at 4 readings/second.
Power is 2× AA, 900 hours typical; keypad-selectable extended life reaches 3,000 to 30,000 hours. Enclosure is IP65 polyester/polycarbonate, 331 g with batteries and the included protective boot (P/N 3436). Connection is Crystal CPF female (U.S. Patent 8,794,677) with a 1/4 in MNPT adapter included unless BSP or M20 is specified. Features: averaging (2–20 samples), vertical bar graph, and min/max capture. Every m1M ships with an ISO 17025 / A2LA (#2601.01), NIST-traceable calibration report with data at five temperatures. Approved as a portable marine test instrument under DNV Rules for Classification of Ships, High Speed & Light Craft, and Offshore Standards.
