Overview
The Additel 920 and 920HV are hand-operated pneumatic high-pressure test pumps: 95% vacuum to 3,000 psi (200 bar). A long lever generates 3,000 psi (200 bar) in about 40 seconds. A high-quality screw press fine-adjusts pressure to 10 Pa (0.1 mbar / 0.001 psi). A shut-off valve holds the pressure stable during calibration. A built-in gas-liquid isolator keeps moisture and dirt out of the pump; residual liquid from the device under test is pushed out and collected on pressure release. Two hand-tight quick connectors attach the reference and the unit under test without PTFE tape or wrenches.
ADT920HV is the high-volume sibling on the same 3,000 psi range — a larger piston (7.02 in³ / 115 ml versus 3.7 in³ / 60 ml on the 920) and a slightly heavier chassis (15.9 lb / 7.2 kg versus 14.3 lb / 6.5 kg). Both are comparison test pumps for calibrating pressure instruments on air.
In Additel's 91x/92x bench-pump line the 917 is the 1,000 psi (70 bar) pneumatic, the 918 goes to 1,500 psi (100 bar), and the 920 / 920HV is the high-pressure air pump to 3,000 psi (200 bar). The 925 is a hydraulic handheld to 6,000 psi (400 bar) on oil or water — different media, not a substitute for this air pump. Those sibling pages are not edited here.
