Overview
PIE offers hand pumps, tubing, and fittings made in the USA by Ralston Instruments for pressure calibration with PIE pressure modules. All listed pumps have two pressure ports—one for the pressure module and one for the instrument under test—plus a fine-adjust piston and precision vent. Each pump comes standard with one 3′ Quick-test™ hose rated to 6900 psi and a fitting to get started.
Pump options include the 020-0226 pressure/vacuum hand pump (0 to 125 psi and 0 to 23 inHg vacuum), 020-0237 pneumatic scissor pump (0 to 650 psi), and 020-0238 hydraulic scissor pump (0 to 5000 psi). Matching kits PKIT3/4/5 combine pump, hoses, and a basic Quick-test fitting. Separate Quick-test hoses (020-0229), 1/8" and 1/4" male NPT Quick-test fittings, and the 020-0228 five-piece adapter kit (1/8" MNPT/FNPT, 1/4" MNPT/FNPT, 1/4" tube) are also available.
