Overview
The PIE PM-50 Series wireless diagnostic pressure modules connect by Bluetooth to PIE 900-series calibrators and to Android/iOS devices running the PIE Pressure App, or by communications cable to PIE 820-ELITE, 830, and 850 calibrators. Mount the module directly on a pump or process instrument to measure without long tubing runs.
Main-sensor accuracy is ±0.035% of span; the internal barometric sensor is accurate to ±0.01 psi per the PM-50 datasheet. Isolated sensors are compatible with fluids and gases compatible with 316L stainless steel. Multi-color LEDs indicate sensor health, Bluetooth connectivity, and battery level; patented self-diagnostics (U.S. Patent 11,815,364) help confirm the module is ready to use. Gauge and absolute readings are available from a single module using the external process sensor plus the internal atmospheric sensor.
Five isolated gauge ranges: 0–30, 0–100, 0–300, 0–500, and 0–1500 psi. Includes calibration card, USB-C charger (020-0109), and USB-C cable. Optional cable 020-0108 connects to 820-ELITE/830/850.
