Overview
The PIE 820PM is the panel-mount version of the PIE 820 multifunction process calibrator. Per PIE, it shares the same specifications, EZ-DIAL / EZ-CHECK interface, and connections as the portable 820, with a larger display for bench reading. Use it in a calibration bench, as a manual loading station in a control panel, or as a built-in process simulator; the unit may be removed for annual calibration.
Functions include source/read milliamp and voltage, thermocouple and RTD temperature, resistance, and frequency, plus 2-wire transmitter simulation, built-in 24 V loop power, and a 250 Ω HART resistor. Automatic stepping and ramping with selectable dwell time and HI/LO recall in read mode are included.
Each unit ships with a rugged 8¾" × 4¾" painted aluminum mounting plate and screws, 110/120 V AC adapter (220 V available), and a NIST calibration certificate. Three-year standard warranty per PIE.
