Overview
The PIE 525Plus is a 3-in-1 thermocouple, RTD, and full-function diagnostic milliamp calibrator. Source and read 0.000 to 24.000 mA, simulate two-wire transmitters, power and measure with 24 V, use the built-in 250 Ω HART resistor, and find hidden wiring faults with patented Ground Leak Detection.
Temperature side covers 14 thermocouple types and 12 RTD types to 0.01° resolution, with ±(0.008% of reading + 0.006 mV) T/C accuracy, ±0.05 °C cold-junction compensation, and ±(0.015% of reading + 0.05 Ω) RTD/ohms accuracy. Automatic wire detection helps troubleshoot RTD sensors; capable of AMS 2750 Field Test Instrument use when certified by an accredited lab.
Palm-sized for field work with rubber boot and deluxe carrying case features called out on the datasheet. Made in the USA with NIST-traceable calibration.
