Overview
The PIE 525B is an automated thermocouple and RTD calibrator for checking instruments and measuring sensors in the shop, plant, or field. It works with types J,. RTDs you use including Platinum 10, 50, 100, 200, 500 &.
Thermocouple accuracy is ±(0.008% of setting/reading + 0.006 mV) with ±0.05 °C cold-junction compensation from a NIST-traceable thermistor. RTD and ohms 3- and 4-wire accuracy is ±(0.015% of setting/reading + 0.05 Ω). Secondary displays show the millivolt or resistance value and the measured cold-junction temperature.
Automatic output stepping, rubber boot, and backlit display support fast field calibration of transmitters, PLCs, and recorders. Made in the USA with a NIST-traceable Certificate of Calibration.
