Overview
The PIE 510B simulates one RTD type for checking and calibrating RTD instruments. Choose the ordering code that matches your sensors—Pt 100 (α = 3850, 3902, 3916, 3926), Pt 1000 (α = 3850 or 3750), Cu 10, Cu 50, Ni 110, or Ni 120. Calibrate directly in °C or °F, or use it like a decade box from 0.00 to 410.00 Ω and 410.1 to 4001.0 Ω.
Set any value within 0.1° with the digital dial and store three temperatures for EZ-CHECK™ recall. Compatible with smart transmitters, PLCs, DCS, and multichannel instruments with steady or pulsed excitation. Four detachable leads with spade lugs are included for easy connection.
Backlit display and rugged switches for plant or field use; optional rubber boot with tilt stand available. Made in the USA with a NIST-traceable Certificate of Calibration.
